Yes, it costs unless you are a Total Tech member (but worth it to be a member for all protection) and very worth it. Call the store and ask for installation with the Geek Squad. So worth it! They bring the TV, set it up, take away old one or put it in your other room (you set that up yourself) and you sit and watch them set it up like magic. They tune it to your preferences in picture (many choices, so do watch how to change it), and I got a FireStick and love it and how it works! Have them set it so the last channel you watched comes up first when you turn it back on! Have all your passwords ready for tuning in while they are there or your phone for scanning the bar code. Once done, you are so happy you bought the Total Tech. And yes, they deliver and set up at the same time. A breeze!
