• The refresh rate of the Sony television is @120hz, but when looking at comparable television brands I noticed that the motion clarity for this tv was even better than most @240hz!

• It has 120native refresh rate, and the ability to use simulated increased motion flow with the settings.

• 120HZ True refresh rate. The Best Buy two told me that Sony no longer makes TV's with a 60HZ rate.

• It says 960, but the important thing to know is it's the BEST refresh rate. The 120 refresh rate that most TV's specify can have lags and be jittery, but this one has absolutely none of that. I think it's as good as it gets.
