• I have apple tv 4th gen. The tv works with it. However, it does not work as well as the Samsung I used to have. The Samsung gave me much more control, or management, of turning on and off the tv and inputs from the apple tv remote. The Sony makes you select the inputs every time I switch from it to my air antenna. The Samsung would auto default back to air antenna when i shut off the apple tv. Also, on the Samsung I could set whether the tv turned off with my apple tv or not. The Sony tv turns off automatically when I turn off the apple tv which is annoying and there is no way to prevent it I have researched extensively. If I had it to do over I would go with a Samsung because it seems to give you so more control over micromanagement of various aspects. I am still under grace period to return the Sony and might still do it.
