It is there, but you have to dig a long way down layers of menus to get to it, and some of the steps are not intuitive, or access semi-hidden menus. 1) Press the 'Home' key 2) scroll down to the row of icons labeled 'Apps' 3) Click on 'Google Play Store' 4) Scroll down as far as possible to a line of icons labeled 'Apps' 5) Scroll right to 'Tolls & Utilities: there is an app called "Network Browser" - note that I haven't installed or used it, so I cannot vouch for it. For all I know, there may be other browser apps hidden in other obscure corners. Buena suerte. Jim

It's made by a company called Ape Apps, which asks you to sign in. Well, I signed in but all I just get a blank page. How do I get the browser to work. Please try it and let me know.
