• Yes. This TV runs Android OS so the services you mention above can be downloaded from the play store and loaded onto the TV. You don't need an external device.

• Yes, Hulu definitely. Not sure about YouTube TV. But I think you should be able to use YouTube TV since its a Google App supported smart tv. And you can also use the Sling live tv streaming service app on this TV.
