The TV is Netflix ready and there is a designated Netflix button on the remote to easily access the app. You can even press the Netflix button on the remote to turn the tv on and load Netflix right away! You can also easily search and watch your favorite movies, or even get the weather forecast, by voice! Just hit the Google Assistant button on your remote to ask it questions, or access many of the apps or services you already use. However, one problem, I am unable to get sound out of both my headphones and the tv speakers simultaneously. I own a 2017 Sony xrb-55x800e and this tv allows me to run both at the same time. That’s why I bought the Sony xbr-49x800h got my enclosed patio. For some reason the transmitter and headphones that work great on the 2017 Sony does not work on the 2020 Sony tv. I should explain that I am hard of hearing, while my wife’s hearing is great, so I need to enhance the sound for me, not her, while we watch tv together. Thanks, Rich
