Restart the tv by holding down the power button until the restart option appears on the screen. I had this issue and restarting it corrected it. Hasn’t been a problem since.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had the same problem. We went into settings and there was a software update. We did it. Turned the tv off and back on and it was fine. You just have to turn the tv off after you do the update. When you turn it back on the update will be applied. We did the same things you did at first. I stumbled upon the update accidentally. Hope it works for you too
