“Hi, Does this TV (or any other current Sony TV) have the ability to set maximum volume on the set? For example, if I set the maximum volume to 60, anybody using the remote cannot set the volume higher than 60. What Sony TV models can do this??”

TV has Volume capability to Volume 100. Only if you are using the TV without receiver or surround sound. Using surround sound you DO NOT use the TV sound you use the receiver setup. The TV will do this automatically at setup!!
