I would say the size of the box is a few inches larger in all directions (height, length, width) than the size of the 49 inch television screen. A streamlined box like the tv inside it. A bit bulky but not really heavy. I think it weighed about 35 pounds. tmc

I don't know exactly, I threw it away, but take the dimensions of the tv and add 6 inches (to be safe) and you'll have a rough idea. It fit in the back of my SUV. Depends how strong you are, but you should use two people to lift and move it.
