• Hi Brondie, Thank you for your inquiry. The X800H has increased brightness output to make HDR and Dolby Vision more brilliant, but will simultaneously help combat ambient light in the room when watching the TV. For a 49” TV with even more brightness and full array local dimming, please check out the XBR-49X950H. Regards, Kris
