Questionhow do you get music onto it?what kind of software do you need on your laptop to load music onto this? we have never had an ipod or mp3 player, we have no tech savy at all so would need something amazingly simple to load music. husband listens to music on spotify while running (son loaded it to phone but he's not always available to help) hubby swims every day and wants to be able to just load music and press play and go.

- Answer It's easy, it comes with the software that will load your music files to it. Just relax watch the YOUTUBE video and enjoy.

QuestionAre the headphones really waterproof?My headphones worked only 3 times. After that I haven't been able to charge them.

- Answer I have had 2 pair to wear for working out and they are great while they work. The first one lasted about 3 months and then started having trouble with playing controls. I bought a second pair and they lasted about 3 weeks and started messing up also. I did not wear them to swim but just in the steam sauna and whirlpool not submerged. Exposed to some water but not under it. Great sound and operation if they would just last. Was thinking of one more try but have already spent over $200.00 on this product so I think I am done......

QuestionHow is it swimming?I know it says waterproof. PCMag had a review and said it was ok. But I had issues with the ear plug in other swimming models. The sound is great, however, when you swim your ear slowly fills with water. Once there is water in your ear you can't hear the music anymore. So I am wondering if anyone has used this while swimming, is the bud comfortable in use underwater, and was the sound the same while swimming as on land?

- Answer sound never changed as far as getting into the shower and no water in my ears. you cant go wrong with this MP3 model. "BUT" you need an 8gig if you have a lot of music and I have over 350 CD's. when it says waterproof, they mean it.

QuestionWaterproof Earbuds for tiny earsI'd like to purchase the Sony waterproof 4GB MP3 player, but even the smallest earbuds that came with the last player that I purchased didn't stay in when I swam, and I'm not a fast swimmer by any means. Apparently I must have abnormally small ear canals...who knew?!? What are my options?

- Answer Maybe you can just swap the removable ear buds with an existing set of ear buds you already own that fit you. The disadvantage is the Sony buds that came with your headset are designed specifically for swimming
