• Mine is connected to an XBR850D 4k Sony tv and works great. So I would not expect it to be a problem.

• Hi jimmy, no. If you are referring to mounting the soundbar directly onto a TV. However, you can mount this soundbar to a wall while connected to your TV. Thanks, -Mark

• Should be good to go if you have a digital audio/video output on TV. I use private owned TiVo and plugged directly into it with digital cable.
