Q: I'm having trouble with the volume I have to have it on max to hear it am I doing something wrong .. I checked all the hook up connects and they are all correct

A: Sometimes this happens to me as well. I think the default setting shuts bar off when sitting idle for a bit. Look for the green light on in speakers. If the light is red the system is off. If green the system is on. Also I connected mine to The ARC out-put on my Sony TV. This allows you to control volume with TV remote.

Q: I presently use a Yamaha head unit, but looking to decrease a few remotes. Will either the remote with this unit, or my Sony Bravia KDL75w850c control both units?. Bravia does have the ARC feature if it makes a difference.

A: My current Sony TV remote works in turning the volume up and down, as does my very old Sony remote for my tube TV. Since I have the ARC feature and it is synced with the TV it automatically turns on with the TV, but does not turn off with it, so the volume may be the only thing that can be controlled by both the TV remote and soundbar remote.

Q: With the rear speakers being wireless, what is their range? Also I've had wireless speakers in the past and they tend to go in and out of connection, how are these with staying connected?

A: The 'sonylistens' response is incorrect when they say 2-3ft. The rear speakers are meant to be placed behind/side of your listening position. I have mine 15 away from the soundbar with no problem with sound/connection.

Q: Dors the sysyem include a ARC cable?

A: It includes an HDMI. There is no such thing as a ARC cable.

Q: When will this be back in stock?

A: I don't think it's being produced any more
