“I am still having to use the (Sony X690E) TV remote for power and volume. Those functions did not transfer to my XFinity remote. Everything else transferred. I want to use only the XFinity remote. What did I miss in the setup? How do I fix it?”

• I used my old (non voice )Xfinity remote , we prompt through the cable boxes menu

• Hi Carla, unfortunately, the TV doesn't have that feature. What you can do is to program your Xfinity remote to control the SONY TV. You need to contact your cable provider to help you with the programming codes. Thanks! ^Ron
