“Does this TV also come with a keyboard, or would the user have to use the remote's arrows to scan up, down, left, and right to type something in? The Samsung we bought a couple years ago doesn't support a keyboard like some of their other models”

Hi there! No it does not, you will need to use the remote to scroll up, down, left, and right and to navigate the on-screen keyboard. Thanks, -Mark
