• Not touch screen. This is a 50" TV -why would you want to lay it flat on a table?

This position is recommended for you to avoid uneven picture uniformity and to enjoy top of the line viewing experience. • No. Also not a good idea for a 4k tv to lay it flat. This tv is made to watch in 4k,Stream and Bluetooth. If you want touch screen go with a big tablet (they sell small table size ones) if you do find a 4k tv touch screen you are looking at a big price tab.
