“Why should the handles be removed from the back of the TV before using?”

• It is not really necessary to remove them unless you are wall mounting the unit. If you're using the included stand you can leave them on. They are only there as a convenience when lifting the unit.

• Hi MilliJ, the handles should be removed if your mounting the TV on a wall. Also, they are specifically made for moving/carrying the TV. Thanks! ^Ron
