“I connected the audio to my (old) stereo as I had my previous TV through the red and white ports, and it's not working. Any help?”

• Hi Grayg, please make sure that your stereo is on the correct input. Additionally, you may have to change the speaker settings of the TV to Audio System. This can be achieved by pressing the Sync Menu button on the remote then going to Speakers. If it does not work, we advise using an audio system that utilizes an HDMI connection. Regards, -Mark
