We'd like to help isolate the issue. May we know the source and how is it connected to the TV? If your TV uses an over-the-air antenna, you may need to adjust the antenna to improve the signal quality. You may also perform restart on the TV that may help resolved the issue. Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in or press and hold the POWER button on the remote until Power off appears on the screen.
