Hi Justkeepexploring, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, Sony 2021 TV models X85J and up will support HDMI 2.1 via HDMI inputs 3 & 4 (4K 120/ALLM available at launch). VRR was updated with the current software but it was only for X85J and X91J models. For other J models, the software is not available yet. Some HDMI devices that output 4K Enhanced format (18Gbps or above) signal requires you to use a 48Gbps Ultra High Speed HDMI cable.
