Hi Josi, Thank you for the question! If using over the air antenna and the free streaming services like Xumo, or Pluto TV then yes you can get a channel guide. The channel control will give you options for Channels, Movie, News, Sports, Comedy, Drama, Family and where you will see what's on the channel and how much time is left. You just need to press the center select button on remote to pull up the TV control menu.
