About 4 & 1/2 inches height, 9 depth including front volume knob, 11 & 1/2 width. Remote batteries included. Only installation is setting radio stations beyond speakers and antenna.

Hi! Here are the dimensions of the unit: 
Speaker section:  (W/H/D): Approx. 150 mm × 240 mm × 220 mm
General: Dimensions (W/H/D): Approx. 290 mm × 106 mm × 221 mm (incl. projecting parts). 
It comes with a remote control.
