Hello... This tv is 120 or 240? Thanks null

it breaks down to a real 60HZ, I bought this tv 4 days ago and am returning it because of the low refresh rate, 3D is horrendous. There are also random blurry spots on the screen at times, Ghosting no matter how you adjust it and when watching fast moving objects, like usain Bolt running track in the Olympics, they appear blurry..or Bolt is just that fast maybe?
