• You don't need to turn off anything, the Sony 810C handles all of that automatically. Also, the picture quality on the Sony in any resolution below 4K is better than my other native 1080 TVs. Finally, you can manually change refresh rates from 60hz to 120hz in the advanced picture settings screen.

• The 4K is an automatic setting that will turn on when applicable. Mine says off because I am watching 1080P from my cable box.

• No. The 4k feature on these TV'S cannot be disabled. TVs are either 60 or 120 hz they cannot be BOTH.

• No, I think it automatically converts everything you watch to 4k and there's no way to turn it off.
