Yes! in the settings. I use it more as a monitor for Netflix/hulu and gaming than I do for TV. A good computer graphics card should have a settings interface that allows for overscan adjustments that will be more precise than the tv one. Go to the device Manager to find out what your graphic card is and check for update drivers and software from the manufacture. Also a good HD add on graphics card is $40 - $60. Don't let a sales associate try to sell you a gaming graphics card ($100-$500) if you don't do serious hard core gaming.
