Hi Smurf, Thank you for your question! Yes, you can connect external speakers to your Sony BRAVIA 3 using HDMI, optical, or Bluetooth connections. For a wired setup, simply plug an HDMI cable into the HDMI (eARC/ARC) port or a digital optical cable into the Digital Audio Out port on the back of the TV. Once connected, press the Quick Settings button on your remote, select Speakers, and change the setting to Audio System to ensure the sound routes correctly. If you prefer a wireless connection, you can pair compatible Bluetooth speakers by navigating to the Settings menu and selecting Remotes & Accessories to pair a new device.
