  • QuestionI understand the depth of the stand is 12.5" and I want to place the tv & stand on a mantle that is 7.5" deep. Will this work or do you offer a different stand? I don't have the option to hang it. Ty.

  • QuestionCan this tv be fitted with a pedestal? My stand is too narrow (42 inches) to use the legs that come with this model.

We cannot guarantee the full operation and functionality of our products to any third-party accessories that are not manufactured by Sony. If your current stand is too narrow, you may hang this TV like a work of art instead using our SU-WL855 wall-mount bracket or any VESA-complaint wall-mount bracket with a hole pitch of (W X H) 11.81 x 11.81 inch (300 x 300 mm).     • Answer Netflix and Prime are included. I'm not sure about apple tv though. Should work with any bluetooth accessories, and it does have wifi and bluetooth capabilities.

To isolate this issue, please make sure your TV is up-to-date. To improve the performance of the TV and resolve any possible software-related issues, we always recommend updating the firmware of the unit. If you are watching from a cable, check the antenna/cable connection. Perform a power reset to further isolate the issue. Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.     • Answer Yes, if you have a HDMI input on your receiver it’s easy. I am using the HDMI out from the TV to my receiver. I have a surround sound system with a sub. Works great for me.

    • Answer Assuming they’re compatible yes! We have a networking closet I built in our house that holds the blue ray, vhs, etc and an eye on the wall above the tv so we don’t have the boxes out. Al electrician can do this for you if you go that route. With ll the streaming now I wouldn’t do it again but back when I did was the days of direct tv and dvd rentals..
