Wire can all be hidden. It depends on your cable box. Easily can be hidden. Many options. Best scenario is a tv cabinet under TV.

If you have other devices (set top boxes, consoles, sound system) those would have to be run through the wall to be hidden. It all depends on what is connected to your TV and how you have your environment set up.
