Contact Sony Customer Support, go thru prompts and select TV....folks are pretty good. If you ever get routed to Escalation Dept. be aware that I believe these folks are a contracted 3rd party and may not have the same compassion towards....of all people...a Sony Customer. Just a heads up.

A Sony rep happened to be in the Best Buy store when I bought the Sony 55" A1E. The rep stated the hardware is ready...all that's needed is a firmware update.
