Hi MikeyD, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, it is not possible to output TV sound from both your Bluetooth (BT) headphones and regular TV speakers. Connecting any audio device via BT or HDMI takes audio away from the TV’s speakers (only one audio output device is supported), so the optical connection must be used to output the TV audio to an external device (home theater system, soundbar, etc.). As an alternative, you can use BT headphones and external audio system. You can connect your BT headphones to the TV and then make sure your external audio system/soundbar is connected to the digital optical port of your TV using a digital optical cable (not supplied). Our BRAVIA X80K has an intelligent TV processing technology powered by 4K HDR Processor X1 that delivers picture quality full of rich colors and detailed contrast. You will also enjoy the Google TV with Google Assistant which organizes your content all in one place. You can also stream from your Apple device with AirPlay 2 support. This TV has Motionflow XR technology which allows you to see blur-free picture quality in fast-moving sports and movies. Hope this helps! -Vincent
