QuestionCannot use Disney plus...go to google play store to download more apps just get a black screen that says google play...I’m connected to internet....Netflix works....Disney now same thing just says item not found

- Answer Hello I would start by resetting it then try again also check your google account make sure everything is ok on your google account that includes subscription fees and and activation after resetting the tv and if that doesn’t work I would consider calling Sony. Research does help such as youtube to see if anyone encountered what you are experiencing.

QuestionWe have a Sony Bravia , WL series (hdna) 49 1/2 wide, 32 1/2 tall, 4 1/2 deep, in a lift cabinet. Will the attachment holes in my lift mechanism line up with the holes on the Sony Xbr-55x950g ? Can you give me the measurements of the VESA 200 system .

QuestionWhat size stand is needed? (width & depth) Accessories? We have a 2005 Sony Bravia 54 in that still works as new-I imagine the picture on this is so much better? I would like a replacement tv for my disabled husband's birthday. Thanks for any/all input!

- Answer Hi LouAnn, this TV will definitely be a great upgrade from your previous model. It already comes with a TV stand which measures 40 1/8" (1018 mm) in width. - Answer Yes. Go to Settings and go to Remote and Accessories. Open Bluetooth and pair device. Subsequently can then pick the device you want to access. In my case, I use a Bluetooth headset and you can even use a Bluetooth speaker set.

- Answer The 2019 Bravias seem excellent and easy to use. If you're placing the TV in a darker room, or enjoy watching movies in a theater like experience, I'd recommend one of their OLEDs. If you're in a bright room, like sports, I'd consider their LED offerings. Perhaps going into a Best Buy can help, I found their insights helpful.

QuestionWhen I first got my TV I have my sound bar, PS4 and Xbox all hooked up and my switch would turn on my TV as it should. When I bought a Nvidia shield tv and used my last HDMI port, my Nintendo switch no longer turns on the TV. Any thoughts??

- Answer Yes, it has eARC in order to connect via HDMI. In fact it’s best to use HDMI in order to achieve the premium sound systems such as Dolby Atmos. Optical cables cannot achieve the top sounds.

- Answer It will work; use the digital optical cable output on the Sony as you currently do for your existing TV. It is even smart enough to recognize the change and will turn off the TV speakers. Nice TV!
