A:AnswerNavigation is not built in, but with the android auto feature, you'll download the app to your phone and it will run goolge maps off of it. As far as I know, you'll have to have your phone plugged in to be able to use this feature.
A:AnswerMine has also increased due to increased use of google maps and streaming of music. Comparing your data usage by app and I would bet you see increases in both areas.

A:AnswerAFAIK, you can't run video on it. Certainly on Android Auto (and most likely on Car Play), the focus is entirely on safety eschewing all distractions while driving. So, unless the car is stationary with the parking brake enabled, you can't watch any video.
