• The stand is not super sturdy, but this TV is relatively light and mine sits on a glass-top TV stand without wobble. However, I would be nervous with little kids or big dogs running around it. I will be hanging mine on a wall mount soon--that would be my recommendation, if "doable" for you.

• The stand is flimsy, and I would not trust it. I have a post mount on a TV cabinet that works well.
