QuestionI can only find one HDMI jack (on the side). There's a picture of where the three on the back should be but I can't find any jacks.

- Answer They are on the back. You may need a flashlight to see. The inputs are up and under the back of the unit.

- Answer This is a model that was first released in 2014. the 40" and 48" both had 60Hz panels with a motion clarity of 240. The 60" have a 120Hz panel with a motion clarity of 480. Hope this helps.

- Answer Yes it does have component styled hook ups. I think your referring to the R,G, B, and then the red and white sound hook ups. It also has the optical sound as well.

- Answer Samantha, it always comes down to what you are going to use the TV for. If you are building the fanciest home theater room, this unit is not the latest and greatest. I use it in the family room, and the picture is great. Remember, before HDR, 4K, ..., this technology was THE thing. Without the latest stuff, it does not mean this TV is no longer any good. For the $, excellent value.

QuestionI bought this TV today at Best Buy. The reason for buying this is the web browser being included. However, I could not find the web browser. It has tons of apps but no browser.

- Answer Have to go into apps and locate it and then add it to your app list on the right side window. Have to really search for it. The app list is not alphabetized and quite a mess actually compared to samsung smart tvs but you get the better pic quality with sonys.

- Answer I have not notice ant lagging problems, quality of picture is great, i used Blue ray movies and fire stick on my TV. I cut the cord, no cable here. My fire stick is wireless, and the quality of the video is great, i hope this helps.

QuestionWhy don't this TV display the red & white wire for the aux output on the settings feature? It only shows the yellow wire for video. I need the red & white feature so my surround sound can work? I got the red & white connected behind the TV to my surround.

- Answer Yes, go to home screen, and all apps at the bottom left. Scroll to the right until you see www, app. There is also a sony internet available for you to use however to down load apps you would have to click on the www app. if i remember correctly i think it is white box with blue letters.
