“Why don't this TV display the red & white wire for the aux output on the settings feature? It only shows the yellow wire for video. I need the red & white feature so my surround sound can work? I got the red & white connected behind the TV to my surround.”

Go into sound preferences and make sure sound output is set to audio out and not headphones
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi CLW! We recommend changing the speaker settings on the tv once you have established a connection between the tv and your surround sound system. That is done by going to Settings - Sound - Speakers - Audio System. Thanks. -Mark
