This is a model that was first released in 2014. the 40" and 48" both had 60Hz panels with a motion clarity of 240. The 60" have a 120Hz panel with a motion clarity of 480. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are selling a 60Hz TV (look at Sony's website and original manufacturer's information) advertising it as a 480Hz TV. If the product claims to have a superior image based on a specific technology, that´s ok, but they should post the truth. Moreover, if Sony's technology makes a 60Hz TV look like a 120Hz, so they should say that. What they are doing now is saying that this TV has a refresh rateof 480Hz. Not true. I already spoke to 2 representatives of Best Buy to change that, but they keep deceiving customers.

Please try again later.hi Fernando let me clarify.. motionflow 480hz & refresh rate 60hz are totally different just like Samsung motion rate 240hz & refresh rate 60hz is different although both tvs refresh rate is 60hz in this case these are commonly used to speed up the motion twice as fast as a normal refresh rate by simulating the pixel blending on the screen you can find this information on sony website and on www.rtings.com I use this method rtings.com to get the "refresh rate " for all tvs. most Samsung tvs are only 60hz refresh rate and most sonys are 120hz refresh rate that are 4k, not so much on 1080p but because you really don't a huge difference in motion on a 1080p led watching cable unless your watching a blueray film.. hope this answers your question
