“I'm having problems getting Netflix to stream 4K. My internet speed is 40 Mbps and I'm wired into modem directly. I also am paying for hd Netflix. Any ideas”

• Sounds like 'HD' Netflix is only at least 1080p. A lot of providers capability hasn't reached 4k UHD yet.
