I have the Sony model XBR-65X850D and the stand it came with is approximately 22 inches wide and 12 inches deep.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, I have mine on a tv credenza that's meant for a 48" tv and there is plenty of room on each side for other things. The stand itself measure around 18" or so and is very steady - the tv does "jiggle" or anything if the stand is bumped. I bought this tv specifically for it to fit on my credenza because the kind with side stands would not work like a center stand will.
