“We just bought the above Sony 65" TV a week ago. When we turn it on in the upper left hand corner it shows 720p. Should it show 2160p? Please explain.”

Mine did the same thing, it was my cable box settings. The best that my cable company's box is 1080i.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That depends on the signal strength and what the cable company is sending out. That is my best bet. I use a very old antenna to save money because I cannot afford a cable bill.
