“We just bought the above Sony 65" TV a week ago. When we turn it on in the upper left hand corner it shows 720p. Should it show 2160p? Please explain.”

• Mine did the same thing, it was my cable box settings. The best that my cable company's box is 1080i.

• That depends on the signal strength and what the cable company is sending out. That is my best bet. I use a very old antenna to save money because I cannot afford a cable bill.
