I've had mine 3 weeks, zero issues.. but if that happened to me I'd be livid,.. I'd force a replacement., we didn't spend our hard earned moneys to have junk at our homes and NO I don't want you to repair it,.. I want it replaced with a new one! (Hypothetically of course) make them give you a new unit. Best Buy is usually good about these things so shouldn't be an issue.
