I have a similar problem: Apparently Comcast is nit able to broadcast in 4K and doesn't even have test DVDs and similar for me to SEE WHAT I'VE GOT on my SONY 65" 930 4K UHD set.! The lady said they're working on it and it could be very soon.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The TV is 4k, I'm not sure what "Directv 4k ready" means. Make sure your HDMI cable can support the signal then check that your Directv box is set to the proper output. I would also check the input settings on the TV and set the HDMI you're using to Enhanced signal and see if that works.
