Yes a good reciever will do but you need to be able to run a cable out from the tv to the reciever to make it center channel. Also you can get a 4k usb adapter for ethernet so make sure you run a hardline through the wall to your router if your running lines.

If you are using a compatible Dolby Atmos product like a sound bar or receiver that can pass Doby Atmos and Dolby vision there should be no change in the experience as long as you are using compatible hardware and cables. With that in mind the content must be Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision also. Regards, -Vincent
