“Can the Remote Control for the 2018 Model A9F be used with the 2019 Model A9G?”

• Hi, Unfortunately, we cannot use the remote of A9F series with the A9G series. There's a designated remote control for these models. The A9F uses RMFTX220U while the A9G uses RMFTX600U. Regards, Erin Sony Social Support

• Yes. I was able to use a generic remote control from the A9F without a problem.
