A:AnswerSo, camera is the only other thing it could be? If it doesn't have a built in camera, then it's NOT a built in camera. It has to do with the power on process. if it is blinking then turns red, there is a problem. It should blink while powering on then go solid. it might shut off after it fully cycles the power. If it's not the power indicator, it might be a lighting sensor. Perhaps it is adjusting how much back light is necessary.
If you see something in the dark, and ghosts aren't real then what is it? Same type of question...
A:AnswerI think it depends on what you are using. I have the A8F and Netflix was definitely too dark using the Apple TV. If I was using the built in app I felt DV was just fine and I had no issues. There is an Apple TV fix for Netflix and DV just google that if that is what you are using. This TV is general was quite a bit darker than my LG C8 OLED and I had to play with the settings to improve the brightness. Again I have an A8F not this exact model.
A:AnswerHi, SONYLOVER900!
Currently, there are no updates as to when the HDMI 2.1 will be supported by this model. The important thing to know is that the newer HDMI versions are backward-compatible with the older HDMI versions. Therefore, you can connect products with the different HDMI versions to one another and still get the picture and sound.

A:AnswerOur TV does have HDMI--2. Don't know if this includes HDMI-2.1. We use Spectrum cable for our TV and we have a beautiful, clear picture which is expected from a Sony TV. There is no comparison to other televisions. Hope this helps with your decision.
