This problem is well documented online. This isn't a Sony issue but a broadcast issue. You will see two options in the channel show/hide part of the menu. Please pick the other option and hide the other selection.

Available channels may also depend on your physical location, actual signal strength and the TV signal coverage of the local broadcasting stations in your area. When an ATSC3 broadcast is detected during the Auto-Program process, whether it's a good signal or not, the simulcast ATSC broadcast will auto-hide. To view a hidden ATSC channel, un-hide it in Settings by pressing the Home button on your supplied remote, and then select gear icon Settings → Channels and Inputs → Cable Antenna → Show Hide Channels.
