Hi Dave, For the clearest voice on your BRAVIA 8, we recommend using the Voice Zoom 3 feature. It's designed to isolate and enhance dialogue without raising the overall volume. You can adjust it by pressing the Quick Settings (wrench icon) button on your remote and navigating to Voice Zoom 3. From there, increase the level to your preference—higher values will make voices crisper and more prominent.
