We'd like to share with you some steps that you can try prior to calling our support team, as this can help with the diagnosis and hopefully resolve the situation. 1. Power reset the TV - Please unplug the TV from the power outlet and also disconnect all of the external devices connected at the back of the TV, such as HDMI cables or any USB cords. Wait for 2 minutes, and then plug the power cord back in (with no external devices at the back). 2. Use a different wall outlet - This will allow you to rule out a malfunctioning wall socket or power strip. If after performing these recommendations the issue persists, we highly suggest contacting our technical support team, so that they can validate the issue and proceed with the next steps.
