Hi Pumppeddler, Yes, your 65" BRAVIA 8 OLED can output audio simultaneously to your Bose system connected via ARC/eARC and your Resound hearing aid transmitter connected via the optical digital audio out. Our BRAVIA TVs are designed to support this dual audio output, allowing you to enjoy your soundbar's audio while also sending sound to your hearing aid transmitter.
