No....you do not. It has Google so you can download all apps if they are not already preloaded on the tv. I downloaded a few like Paramount+.

The XR65A80J already supports 4K video streaming through the built-in apps of the TV. Please note that streaming video services use adaptive streaming technology. The quality of the video or movie being streamed using adaptive streaming will vary based on the available bandwidth that is being provided by your Internet service provider (ISP). 4K streaming requires a stable Internet connection with a minimum Internet speed of 25 Mbps.
