Make sure that all cable connections are secured. For optimum performance, it is recommended to use a Premium High Speed HDMI cable. Select the correct HDMI input on the TV. Power reset the cable box and the TV: -Unplug the power cable of the cable box. -Unplug the TV power cord from the wall and wait one minute. -Plug the power cords for the TV and the cable box back in.
